View Full Version : Follow up on my new training (with strength coach)

In less than a month my strength, balance, cardio, flexibility, and body composition have all improved simultaneously.

I walked in to see her last week with a question about one of the exercises and right when I enter the training room I see Brad Boyes and Rick Nash training with her. (I noticed two other NHL players that I recognized but couldnt put a name to their face). This girl is the real deal and knows her stuff to be training athletes of this caliber.

The training I am doing is unbelievably effective and achieving results much faster than I ever thought possible. I had become very stale due to constant BB style training for so long, switching up my routine is turning my body into a well oiled machine.

Again I highly recommend looking into a strength coach for everyone who takes weight training seriously.
