I take Advil cold&flu,and get lots of sleep,and drink lots of orange or apple juice.I also make homemade chicken and rice soup.

i used to get sick all the time, but since i have been on cold fx for the last couple years i never get sick

I keep the sauce going but I cut out all training.It just prolongs things and I'm weaker when sick so I have shitty workouts.Load up on flu meds[nighttime version] and cough syrup with DM.I do this and I don't even know I'm sick anymore........but sometimes I think I hallucinate.But thats a trade off I'll take anyday.;)

Best way to deal with sickness is to prevent it. I don't care how anal it look sbut carrying purrel saves my life. That and alcohol swaps in case I feel really dirty. Like just touched a stripper at Super Sexe dirty.
