I'm taking her to court and she has to provide her income.
And I believe that she'll be less than truthful

You have to subpoena paypal for that information. You will need an Attorney because it's a complicated mess. Paypal is , suprisingly, very stingy with the information they provide. They even give the cops a hard time. 20 full time lawyers on staff.

I see them 12 days of the month. We have joint custody and gaurdianship with her place as primary residence.
She is refusing to produce her income. So I decided to take her to court.

You have 50/50 custody and take the children 1/2 the time

You should pay 0 support except for splitting the extras if she makes more than you she pays more of the extras the math is simple
File for ful joint where the children live 50/50 %

I have been through it i left for europe for a year when they got stupid with me

If custody is joint F'kin right it does big time and also if she live with a new guy don't forget to add his income into the mix

Live with a women with children for over 2 years and your on the hook as well.

but how it goes is this........if i make 20 000 more that her and if i have them 50/50...i'll still have to pay some extra.

even though she has tried and tried again to work me over financially...... i don't want to destroy her ...........it makes it hard for the kids.
