So I have never used T3 before but I am adding it into my cutting cycle. How should I run it? I have liquid T3 125mcg/mL.

To run T3 start at 25mcg ED for the first two weeks and increase the dosage by 12.5mcg every two weeks until you hit 75mcg ED maximum...then leave it at that dosaage until the end of your diet (16 weeks max) Make sure to split the dosage up through the day as well. Taper off after the diet is over.
This is assuming of course your cycle, diet, cardio, and training are all spot on.

how well does t3 work if your diet is in check and regular cardio is done? curious...

That depends...are you running some type of muscle support ie clen, aas, GH?
Remember T3 burns calories indescriminately...which means unless you protect your muscle it can be lossed.

Ok after looking at your log there are red flags everywhere.
1. the diet is terrible...protein bars, milk, bacon, turkey club, WTF?
Why not follow Palumbos diet that was posted...youll do much better.
2. Cardio...completely lacking...30 min walking after eating???? 25 min walking??? spin class??? jeez!!!
Try 45min fast walking ED before eating as a start...this will increase until you hit approx 60min twice daily.
3. cycle....way overdone....you dont need var or tren...a simple test cycle at 500mg weekly is enough.
4. Youve ramped up clen much to fast which will lead to quicker adaptation by the body and slower fat loss...not to mention more sides

Ya i did 5* t-3 great stuff got up to 1/2cc max 62.5mcg ed,you can bump it up by 12.5mcg every 3 day,or like Praetorian said he has great advice,and 4-6 week max while on t-3.

You just looked at the first 2 weeks of my log I have been strict as **** for the last 2 weeks. I am comming off the tren soon and switching to 150mg prop EOD and maybe some epistane.

Post your current diet/training/cycle etc and ill give you some inout if you like. I read the entire thread as well. The diet di improve but there was still lots of room for more.

No need to split the dosage throughout the day.. also don't see to much point in tapering up so gradually, but it could be beneficial to find a dose you are comfortable with. tapering down is a good idea.. wouldnt go above 100mcg, but everybody responds different..
