how much and when to shot it guys? got 480iu only...guys say you need 1000iu for good results..but i got money for only 480iu..cry...
i am 9%BF i think and 217lbs....30jo....did already 6 cycles.

I'm not sure how you calculated your 9% number but if you were you would be looking pretty darn beach good already.

2 iu's of gh is a on the low side. I'm currently 220 @ 13% based on the calipers using 5 sites. I'm switching from 2 iu's 5 days per week to 4 iu's 5 days a week. As an old guy I've think I've noticed a minor difference but not enough that I can point to it by eye. The calipers show a minor improvement over a 10 week period. I personally think you are wasting your money with GH as a cutting tool. Diet and cardio is how you get ripped to the bone. In a 10 week period with focus I certainly could have dropped 6-8 pounds of fat. Everything else is just icing and as far as icing goes an ECA stack, clen, or dnp would do far more for cutting at a far lower price. Truthfully I personally can't recommend the icing as stimulants generally **** me up and I haven't tried dnp but given what it does you are better off doing your cardio and diet.

Save your money and skip the GH...get your diet, training and cardio where it needs to be and you will be shredded enough for any beach on the planet.

This was the way i took it for my show,did good at 2-3iu,7 days per week.I first started Kefei at 2iu then worked my way up to 3iu per day,was perfect for me.Even did 4 iu but that gave me bad carpel,next time will be 3iu again.

2-3 iu per day is fine for fat loss...you dont need alot. Also you will have to be on a very strict diet and be doing cardio every day at least 40min per day to start. Take the GH in the morning with your breakfast. You shoudl be doing cardio before breakfast on an empty stomach.

if doing a strict diet, and strict cardio, why even bother with the GH? shouldnt those two be enough? or am i missing something synergistic about this formula?

I might be cranky, but no shit the thread is about HGH and fatloss? holy cow I though it was about twinkies and my fat sister.

I was asking why add the HGH when usually cardio and diet is enough, not asking why is HGH and fatloss discussed in here.
