CBBF ontario show dates

So there has been news released on show dates.

Sept 26 is the natural show qualifying for the nationals in march.
Oct. 17 in toronto is a provincial qualifier.

I wonder what this take over is gonna do to the smaller shows... my city was suppose to host the Northern's next year, now i wonder what is gonna happen. Competitive BB and Figure (mostly due to figure) has experienced somewhat of a resurgence in my city, i hope that this CBBF change over does not diminish what little progress we have made here.

they've implied that there would be 3-4 shows and a provincial show. I think OPA will still hold shows but not as many because they will eventually have to compete against yet another organization.

I am not sure how spread out the 3-4 shows will be over the province, only time will tell, although in the article to athletes on the website, they mention they will be working with manitoba and quebec to allow athletes spread out to qualify at those shows.

So I guess being in Ottawa might mean the national capital classic that is run partly by FCPAQ will qualify us for provincials.

Sean, where will you be working??? Sorry if this has already been covered, but Im in the dark...as usual...lol

Also, Healer is planning a comeback this year... what would you advise him to do??
