These ****ing city worker clowns painted the road lines and didn't put any signs up or anything. Long story short I had to merge around a pylon and now I have this ****ing yellow paint all over my truck. This shit is like concrete. Is there anything I can use to get this shit off? I have tried a pressure washer, rubbing compound, bug and tar remover and a scrapper. Nothing is working. I have contacted the cities legal department and am waiting to hear back.

have you tried going to a local body shop and asking them, they might have a product that is not available at local businesses like Canadian tire/ Home Depot

Lil paint thinner on a rag and then clay bar it after. Could probably use break cleaner if you dont have any paint thinner just make sure you rinse it really good after and be quick the longer you keep any solvent on your paint the higher your chances are of fading the "cars" paint.

Try lacquer thinner. You can get it from a bodyshop or CT.

I would start with a my rotay polisher and a cleaner polisher. The clear coat should be cured and hard and the yellow should still be soft. You should be able to take it off with a rotary. I wouldn't use solvents as you will completely **** up your clear coat.

man I would be so ****ing pissed off, thats bullshit.

that paint is so hard to get off, I dont know what you will do. the city should pay for a new paint job.

the city over here is re-paving my highway so they have this maching that chews up the old road and crushed it up with some sort of tar, now my ****ing white car is covered with black dots from the tar. its so hard to get off.

My friends parents drive a brand new BMW with those expensive run-flat tires and they were ripping it down the highway and hit a pothole which bent the rim and popped the tire. They complained to the city and they city covered all the repairs!

Yes true, best to get into contact with the city as they will cover it,just takes a long time to get it fixed with all the Red Tape.

go after the city. and be relentless as they will try to brush you off.

If you are on the hook, try MEK, but do a test spot somewhere to make sure you do not remove your clear coat
