elbow all fuked up!!

Hey guys, i have a problem. I am having some serios elbow pain which has prevented me from working out for a couple days now. It feels like Lateral Tennis Elbow but im not sure. Has anyone had this problems before, is there a brace that would help with the pain or should i just rest and wait till it goes away. Reason this is such a problem is that i have 3 weeks of cycle still to go and i dont wanna stop.

carefull dont try to push it try to train around it cuz if you realy hurt your elbow badly forget a bout your 3 week its going be be life long with chronic pain like me! as soon as i jump on some tricep exercise i feel a bit of pain on each side now to prevent more injury to my elbow i take some old socks and cut the top part (ankle area) slip them up to your elbow it keeps your elbow warm during your trainning and gives you just enought support but not too much like those elbow pad that they sale a the drugstore.

I would go see a rmt for a massage,and ice the shit out of it,that's what the rmt told me ice.I couldn't even push a door open without pain in my tricep.

ya it works awesome. Alot of athletes use it. I have only used it for my lower back after my doc wrote me a script for it (100% covered with my benifits). I don't think u need a script to have it done.

where did u have to go to get this done? are there locations where they do this throughout canada?

i live a couple blocks from a laser rehab center. I have seen another one in the city to. My doctor who also trains boxers introduced me to it.

im gonna look a bit more into this as this is isnt the first time my elbow gets mangled. I did find some sort of arm/wrist band lyien around the house and ive been using that... so far its kept the pain away (i realize this isnt as fancy as ur sock freeze!lol) anyways thanks guys for all ur help!
