View Full Version : shot with 22g 1.5"

I practiced tonight with a 22g 1.5" with 1cc of b12. I did freeze the area a little then sterilized and injected. Never felt a thing for about 5 minutes. Now it's a little numb and tender but not bad at all. The pin looks worse then it felt....although the 18ga I drew with looks menacing!

How long should the injecting process take with oil based?

Oh yea, I forgot to mention, my wife is a trooper! She was a surrogate on two seperate occasions, and she had to inject herself with a 22ga 1.5" with an oil based hormone DAILY! for 12 weeks!

I remember she had pockets of fluid on each glute about the size of a playing card! She use to use a hot water bottle to warm the syringe to thin it out a little before injecting.

She told me to suck it up and quit bitching!

Less than ten seconds

Be careful with the 18 that you don't put rubber back in the vile harpoons are for whales LOL

Freeze for what relax don't tense and pin follow the instructions on the spot injections page

No need to freeze anything, if you use a new pin you won't feel a thing.

I've never heard of anyone freezing a site before injecting....time to man up!!

Agreed im on my first cycle and I am doing ED injections of test prop and tren!

amen to that i did over 60 inj in my first month, averaged out to like 3x a day, only about 15% were subQ

buawahahahah I am only saying that if he cycled with me, he would be frozen from head to toe for months at the time...gawsh...time change hu?

I mean sure, some shots hurt like a mother...specially when you get a dull dart, but a man is got to do what a man is got to do.

What we do is not easy that's for sure.

I find the thought of pinning is WAY worse than the actual injection.
Its all in your head lol.

Ever go to the doc and get a needle ?? ever been frozen ?? No is the answer

so if the don't freeze you at the hospital how the F'k did you come up with the idea of freezing ??

I actually have an easier time injecting after a hot shower:
- the skin is softer and easier to get past
- the muscle is relaxed and not tight

Also... Mind over matter.

i agree.. its alot easier for me to pin after a hot shower too, give it a shot ( no pun intended ) and as punkrock said.. its all in your head, just relax!
