OVERVIEW

Hey everyone hows it going? Im new to the board, but what better way to get acquainted with you all then starting my own fitness log. The purpose of this log is to chart my journey from the out of shape slop i am today, to the perfect beast i will be in the future :) as well as to provide an extra boost of motivation to keep me plugging away, and hopefully also provide some inspiration to others who would like to make a change in their own lives as well. This log to me really represents the begining of a new lifestyle. Im in the process of quitting smoking after 5 years of the habbit...its only day 5, but im determined to kick it for good! Ive been in and out of shape several times over the last few years but i never completely reached the goals i had set for myself. TIME FOR A CHANGE!

alright then....my priorities have changed... im no longer going to be travelling this month as i need to get back into shape ASAP(i wont lie, i have a long road ahead...cant believe i let it go this far :( )

simple prop only cutter
75mgED for an undetermined length (more then 8weeks but less then 20)

i will be running ECA stack throughout (probably wont be necesary but i have ketotifen as well if i feel the need to upregulate)

im also waiting on some T3 and i may stack it with LipoEX as the potential sides with clen are a little scary

i have all ancilleries for pct as well as hcg

im have cycled before @ high bf with no problems other then slightly itchy nipples but nothing too serious, i have adex/nolva on hand anyways if it flares up.

took first stab a few hours ago before hitting the gym...everything went smoothly, and absolutely no pain at injection site as of yet. Going to grab me some ECA tomorow and hop on it probably saterday morn.

Before the day is over i will be posting complete stats including body tape measurments and pics(pretty embaressing) and i will be continually updating these every second week, with a weekly weigh in on the scale.

I will attempt to log my diet daily in order to keep myself accountable!

All or nothin...wish me luck!

Wow I wish you the best in your pursuit, looks like you know what you are doing. Have you given any thought to adding Tren Ace. to the mix?? This stack has always worked really good when trying to lean out, just a thought brother. I look forward to watching your progress!!!

thanks alot bro... yes i have, and im leaning towards it... the only thing is that im going to be running a longer cycle, around 15 weeks... im thinking it might be a good idea to throw in 6 weeks of tren at 50mg ED from weeks 8-13 when my fat loss tapers off a bit, i think the strength boost would be more benificial around that time as well...

i also have 40ml of masteron kickin around to, which depending on how low i get my bf may also get thrown in the mix

as of right now, my main concern is melting off the fat stores, im puttin in an order for some t3 tomorow, and have been thinkin about stackin it with lipoEX for 6-8weeks.

as of now, im just running the prop...and an otc thermogenic

thanks for the interest by the way

I really like this thread because you are not afraid to admit when you f-up on your diet, this is the hardest part of any transformation and probably the most important part as well! With that said, if you are trying to lose weight you may want to cut some of the more starchy carbs out of the diet, atleast at the early stage of this diet. IE.... tortillas, rice and nuts, and yams, just for the first few weeks, I think you will notice a faster fat loss. Now I only say this if that is your true goal, I understand that you are doing a lot of cardio so maybe the carb thing will be good but I might think about arranging a few things, I hope you take this as only a suggestion because I don't fully know what your thoughts on your diet and cardio are?

I wish you to be the beast you are becoming.... lol!!!

Best of luck.

haha, thanks i appreciate it...but honestly thanks for the encouragement, good lookin out bro... ive actually been thinking the same thing in regards to cutting back on the carbs, my only concern is sacrificing a good workout because i didnt have the energy to push that last rep u know? seein some lbm as well as fat loss would be nice! The diets kind of experimental right now, on sunday ill know if its workin or not, and make adjustments accordingly.

DAY 7

gotta keep this brief... but today was a great day dietwise and in the gym, absolutely crushed a leg workout today, felt great. I also thought it mught be worth mentioning that i swear to god it seems like im gettin alot more looks from the girls lately lol... i dont know if its all in my head or what haha. im really curious to see what the scale/tape/calipers are gonna have to say... Im deffinately feelin alot more confident, ive also noticed increased aggression, not at all violent or "rage" , but just a sort of new intesity in everything i do. YEAAAAA!!! Ive got more energy then i know what to do with, it seems like i have to be doing something every second of the day, as long as im not sitting still. I know the eca is a big contributor to that though... All in all, im lovin every second of it!

just realized i forgot to mention slight discomfort in my joints...and alot of cracking, well more then usual. Far from debilitating

DAY 8

hey guys, hows it goin... just a quick update for the day. So i had some trouble getting to sleep last night, and only managed to get maybe 4 hours....i ended up having a decent day in the gym, but i was deffinately not up to par... diet was good, other then slipping up and having a couple handfulls of doritos (little ****ers!).... the eca got me through the day, but by 5pm i was ****ing dead! lol, i have no idea how im up right now, or why? im now nearly 2 weeks without a smoke :) i think its more the action of smoking i miss then the smoke itself, just relaxing. Anyways, day after tomorow im going to hop on the scale and see where ive gotten. I think i may start keeping track of cals and macros as well starting august 1st, and post total cals and macro totals with my daily updates. Anyways, im hittin the hay!

DAY 9 AND 10

REST DAYS.

I fell off the diet wagon again. Im deffinately going to be starting a food journal august 1st to watch calorie intake and macro totals

DAY 11 :

After consulting with someone in the know, ive decided to drop the test prop dose to 50mgED. This is because its sole purpose is to maintain the lbm i have now while i go on a moderate calorie deficit. I will not have access to the internet untill august 1st once im in my new apartment, so i will not be leaving another update untill then. Ive also decided to leave my re-weigh untill then as well. Still waiting on my t3 to arrive, but as soon as it does ill start the ramp up to 100mcg/day and run eca as well. untill next time...
