are there any woman here on some sort of Hormone replacement therapy and noticed big improvements in their lives?
or would somebody have any knowledge on what woman can take for HRT, like males taking testosterone for example for TRT. My mother just came up to me and i was surprised but she asked me if there were options of her going on some sort of HRT. Though i'd like to gather some information and talk to her about it. She is 50 years old, constantly in the gym with me so she is on a good role and changed her life around to keep healthy.
