Wow, I have not been able to sleep a wink for 3 days now and I feel like I could workout all day long. Tren-A........I like!!!!! 2:30 AM and I'm on here, my wife really thinks I'm a freak now.

3 mg melatonin + 2 caps 5HTP + Calcium/Magnesium tablet (1:1 ratio)

that might help if you use it every night about 30 mins before you plan on sleeping. also, do not use the computer or watch tv within 30 minutes of sleeping.

I'm glad you're happy about no sleep, I would be miserable. It is probably wreaking havoc on you CNS though and your muscle recovery so I would definately do what the hocky puck said or hit the gravol or something and get some sleep happening, you could be a time bomb waiting to go off.

Yes good idea, managed to get back to sleep at 3 am and slept right through till 8 am and had origanally fell asleep at 11 pm, just woke up at 1:45 and couldn't sleep until 3 am if my life depended on it, dosing at 50 mg's a day for now until I feel less anxious then might jack it up to 100 EOD.

And if that dosent`work add some st john`s wort and gaba to it. If that dosen`t work, try Valerian Root. You will never smell anything that smells so close to real shit, that isn`t shit when you open up that bottle of valerian root.

Oh shit the nigtmares baby. Melatonin works but gives me nigtmares. Vivid ones that make me cry like a little baby at night.

No meth, I was exaggerating a wee bit but you know in the middle of the night when you feel like you could do power squats for hours, ya that's how I feel all day. Today at the gym was chest day, so I started with flat bench, warmed up with 135 for 30 reps and then loaded the bar with 315 lbs, did 7 sets of 7 reps with that and could have gone longer, the poor guy sitting beside me was spotting me and I think he may have had 185 lb's on his bar, the look on his face was WTF???? I am up for a long night again, I can feel it!!!

Sounds like some powerfull shit! 7 sets of 7 with 315 is one hell of a chest day! Going from 135 to 315 is one hell of a jump, hope you don`t injure yourself.

I stretch big time now before my work outs, this seems to keep the injuries and aches away, I found a really good physio/ masseuse where I live and get worked on once every 2 weeks, thank the lord for insurance coverage!!

umm...50mg ed is the same as 100mg eod ;) tren a should be pinned daily btw...its half life is 36 hours....eod will give your more sides.....

WOW the more I hear about this stuff the more I want to try it, exept for the cough part, that just sounds scary, and defenately dont want to take this stuff during Hockey season.

Understood Tex just cutting down on the ED pins, gets to be alot, you no what I mean?? might take your advice and stay ED for now, really enjoying the pump and I slept better last night!!!

Sleep is the single biggest issue that I have with Tren cycling followed by hydration. Just cant seem to pull down enough water. All that aside I'll be doing more in the future. In the winter though 'cuz that stuff gets me sweaty!

Well I have been on for a good week now, sleep averages about 4-5 hours a night but always need a nap in the afternoon, I will take sleep whenever I can get it, I have done Tren in the past but I have never had sides to this degree, which means it's good shit, and only 50 mg's a day so ....ya it's good, I am holding more water now that I have added it to the regime. I am going to run it at low dose for the next 2 months and see how I feel at that time. Todays pinning was good, only felt the urge to cough but did not actually cough, went slow with the plunger this time, big difference.

I hear you bro. Good to hear that your pulling down lots of water. My last with tren I too had some pretty rippin' stuff and I could just could not keep up with the h20 was always dehydrated and thats not good. Another thing I learned is that for me smaller doseages are right for me. If I use too much I'm to tired to train 'cuz my sleep cycles are so ****ed.

All is much better now LH, haven't had a cough in a few days and sleeping much better, I think it was the initial kick start that hit me hard, love the stull though!!!
