Fast and slow twitch

Just would like to get a complete list of what muscles are what in the body. I have a good idea about most, however would like an index if anyone has one please.

from what i understand, arent there slow twitch in all fibers, even though some are primarily fast twitch.

to my knowledge,muscles are made of both slow and fast twitch fibers but if you wanna know what happens when you tilt at the hip or do a flexion at the elbow,you can pretty much just google the name of an exercise and ill give you all the muscle involve.

I was kinda looking more for a list for typical white males and average make up of muscle (fast/slow twitch). I realize that muscles contain both, however there are different concentrations as ive been told. Just wondering if there was some kind of article or index someone came across that they like i could look at. Im looking around myself also.
