Usually 8-10 weeks...but it all depends on your PCT and blood work when finished.

tell him that you have changed your lifestyle around and now you want to see that the exercise and proper nutrition have a positive impact on your overall health. you want to see your levels because you dont want to be inadvertantly causing harm.

there are lots of threads on the forum explaning what blood tests you need and how to read them, do a quick search

So does your time off include your PCT? or you start your time off after you finish the PCT?

*sorry to sorta jack your thread*

6-10 weeks, all depends on your goals too.

8 to 16 weeks goal depending and recovery

I would do blood-work pre cycle post cycle
