anybody know of any decently lean burger or bison patties?

I buy lean cuts of beef and grind it myself then make my patties.

We don't buy burger patties either, I find they all have too much fat. We buy lean burger and mix venison or moose with it.

I think that's as good as you'll get commercially.
I make tuna burgers which end up being 50g protein, 10g fat per serving.
You could also try and buy elk ground beef b/c it's around 7g fat, 25g protein per 100g which is better than beef.

1 giant tub of tuna from costco (1.3kg)
900g of extra lean ground beef
4-5 whole eggs
spicec
Makes 10 servings
