Nolvadex dosing

I'm just switching from 40 mg to 20 mg and I'm using 40 mg capsules.

I'm guessing I have 2 options:

a) 40 mg eod
b) put the capsule in a couple of ml's of water and drink 1 ml a day.

Option A is obviously easier. Is the half life of nolvadex long enough to use eod?

Yes....it has a half-life of 5-7 days.

I would just cut the cap open and divide it into two piles. You could recap each pile or just eat the powder.

I'd go with 40mg EOD just so there is no hassle of cutting them open, or mixing with water. Just make sure you write it on the calender so you don't get confused.
