Shoulder Horn

Does anybody know where i can purchase a shoulder horn in the GTA or even a canadian site?

i found a few sites in the US and UK but they wont ship it to Canada

I saw a shoulder horn at fitness depot here in winnipeg on the shelf. Whenever my rotator cuffs go for a shit I always think about picking one up but there's always been something higher on the priority list.

you don't really need one, you can use a bench if you like, I have one purchased it 5 - 6 yrs ago when I tore my rotatar cuff. i like it, but again you can use a bench if you want to save a little dough.

But you always get some movement you don't want.Baseball hurlers do these movements.What about that horn with cables?

never used cables, i usually just grab a 5- 10lbs plate and hold it in my hand and do it that way, im a little scared to go heavy don't wanna go through all the hastle with rehab again, i usually do it after chest workout when my shoulders are aleady warmed up 4 sets of 10 -12. It helped my bench out a little bit.
