My home Bills are:

Cel phone: # 01 Fido
Cel phone: #02 Rogers
Home line Primus (long distance as well)
Internet: Bell
Cable: rogers

My cel phone #01 is about to expire so I'll not pay any penalties if I decide to switch companies.

At the time, individually, these were all the best deal on the market.

Who do I call and how do I get better deals?

bundle all your services you will get some kind of discount i think its like 15% off, cancel your home line, you have a cell just use that as both your home and cell phone.

For your cell phones call your providers retention department and negotiate a new contract

I have a cell that has unlimited incoming calls and I use another company that I call, it calls me back automatically and I dial whatever number locally I want and speak unlimited since that company called me and I have unlimited incoming. I pay $10 for that other company. In all, I have an unlimited cell phone for $50/month and I have an answering maching and call display. Don't need a home phone because of this.
