Not sure what you call it....but re-call seeing one at an old gym I went to....It's squat piece where you just put your feet in.....goes up to maybe your shins and you stand in it and squat down with your weight or added weight in your hand...What's this piece actually called?

why buy one? just stand in front of a power rack, hold plate across body, and one hand on power rack and squat down, thats how the powerlifters do them in this gym.

I think would prefer to hold the weight say /3545 plate rubber with both hands across my chest...and also not having worry about pulling my shoulder out. lol
