Just wondering how long you spend at the gym. If you have a good reason, post it.

Lately for me its been just a little over an hour. I've been doing about 40 min with weights followed by about 20-25 min cardio.

30-35 Min weight training one body part then 20-30 min low InTEN-cardio

35 to 45 minutes if i'm training alone, 45 min to an 1hr if i'm with a training partner.

depends if i do cardio that day, and depends on the day.
If no cardio, and shoulder day, I might be gone in 45 min. Otherwise... usuallt 1:30

60-90 minutes for me, it depends if anyone bugs me that day in the gym and starts talking...lol
typically about 1 hour and a bit.......

If I want to cut it will be 1.5 - 1.75 hours. I will do about an hour of weight training and 30-45 minutes of cardio.
When bulking I stick primarily to one body part per session and it will take me 45 minutes thats it no cardio or cardio a couple times a week just to keep me honest ;)

1.5 hours 4 days a week if on cycle. 1 hour 3 days a week off cycle.

I go 3x/wk. Takes a little over an hour, but I get a lot done in that time.

10 min cardio warm up the 30min weight training 4 day/week, do my cardio on my off days, some days go longer if its busy

workouts are about a hour and a half, possibly abit more. this is because im doing 30mins + of cardio after weights.

At the minimum I workout an hour and a half, three days a week.

1-1.25 hrs per day 7 days per week, no cardio until 90 days prior to a comp. I really don`t care much for cardio
Generally an hour and a bit, a little longer these days as I do some stretching at the end of each workout now.
It would probably take a little less time if I'd stop flexing and kissing my muscles so frequently. But when you're good looking, you're good looking.

45 mins.. headphones on and get it done..hate bullshitting at the gym, I don't go out of my way too make conversation as I am anti-social anyways..lol.
