Hi guys,

Just wondering what you guys eat for night time snacks? Once the kids are in bed, the wife and I usually watch a movie and relax for a couple of hours, this is the time I crave to eat something, and usually ends up not being a great choice. I've tried fruit with 0% fat yogurt, that works some days but what other options are out there?

thanks,

Cottage cheese is your BEST bet... A protein shake is also a good option. You can mix in fruit or Peanut butter and oats, it depends on your goals... Lean meats, no carbs or fat...

Yeah me too, blueberries, cherries and I just bring the jug of milk to the computer or couch with me.

Protein shake usually helps me sleep better too.
