i was wondering before im about to train legs, how much time on the exercise bike or treadmill , before there sufficiently warmed up and all the bloods flowing, i was thinking maybe 5-10 mins?

5-10 is good but some recommend a bit more 15-20

depends on your body temp. warm up longer in winterr, shorter if sweltering heat

Always the bike on leg day

Bike 5min add some tension get a little pump blood flowing off the bike

I am just going to add a bit of my experiences. I have been at meets with guys who can squat 1100 pounds, pull 850 plus, and bench mid 750's, and wanna know how many of them warm up with bikes?

Zero.

Some guys warm up with things like kettle bell swings, then go to the bar and work their way up to the target weight, but why go biking if you are about to squat?
