I believe it is unscheduled so possesion is not punishable with prison, fine etc, but someone mentioned importing unscheduled drugs is not legal and they will be seized.

I believe it is in the same gray area as IGF-1

i had some seized and told customs to **** right off and they gave it back to me
im serious too.
this was in january, maybe its diff now though

some dudes are saying that melanotan 2 may cause spots in your vision due to same receptors as tanning could be present in retna....
Unknown validity of this, but worth noting.
I am still going to give it a whirl though.....spots can kiss my white ass.
