I don't think he means its been banned. However there has been some talk about it, especially South of the boarder. I remember reading an article out of Cali. where some ambitious politician was saying that protien should be banned because it eventually leads to creatine, than steroids. Sounds retarded, but nothing those parisites do would surprice me anymore!
