Is some of this not due to the new tax increase that Miller has planned next year and the harmonization of the GST and PST?

Low interest has positive and negative affects Every action has a reaction.
Canada should look south USA There will be no middle class soon rich or poor.
The rich don't get taxed enough 1,000,000.00 home paying 1% taxes around 10,00.00 a year I can live with
But I think any home over 10,000,000.00 should be assessed around 2% around 200,000.00 year
and any home under 500,000.00 should be around 0.5% 2500.00 a year
also working salary's as you go up over 500k a year your income taxes go down ??? What's with that ???

I would say the major burden on health care, infrastructure, social services, justice system, etc. etc. is the lower class.
So tax them, and like Faller said, do not punish success.
