You can easily get some with a higher DHA content. Mine have 200mg per cap. Take 10 a day of the one`s you have now.

I'd go with a different brand personally. You'd have to take around 10 a day to get optimal amounts of the EPA and DHA.

I`ve found that by taking the caps on an empty stomach with food gets rid of most the fish burps.

You should balance your omega 3s with omega 6s always. Evening primrose works well.

No need to supplement with 6`s. As a matter of fact doing so is the opposite of what you want to do due to the fact the 6`s are already naturally present in most diets. By upping the 3`s you bring the ratio of 3`s and 6`s closer where they should be. Ideally they would be a 1:1 ratio when the are typically in a 1:20 ratio and higher...

Maybe change brands. I remember using a liquid one that gave me disgusting fish burps.
