You could do pre-exhaust tehniques, doing 1 1/4 reps makes the weight seem heaver, if you haven`t done a 3-0-3 tempo, you could give that a try as well.

On a decline bench at the lowest angle setting possible, use a bent bar and alternate between french press (or skull crusher) and bench press (if you do not change your hand placement you should be doing close grip bench). When you cannot do anymore french presses finish up with close grip.
For added fun you can do a reverse drop set which will hit Type I, II, IIa, and III fibers and totally fry you tris.
step 1
start with a weight you can do 20-30 reps
step 2
10 sec break while you add weight
step3
12-16reps
repeat step 2
step 4
8-10 reps
repeat step 2
4-6 reps
That should do it, you wil be done at this point.

I been going to the adjustable cable and putting it mid height and doing cable kick-backs. I hate dumbell kickbacks as I can never really feel them properly and it hurts my one shoulder, but this way really isolates the tri's and can really feel them. My new favorite exercise to finish off my tri's with. I been trying that FST-7 with this....7 sets of 10-15 reps with 30-45 seconds rest in between.

FST-7 with skullcrushers is a good one too.

Hope your arm heals up bro i know how it feels training with a tear.

Bench dips between two benches with a dumbbell held between your legs. Make sure to give your triceps a big squeeze at the top. No other exercise compares for me.....
