I have just recently started Dbol and I like to do 10min cardio warm up bafore my work out. Yesterday I hit the treadmill and after about 5 min's it felt like my calfs were going to exploded. I had to stop at 7 min and my calfs were rock hard, it this just the pump you get from Dbol?

Yeah, doing cardio on cycle is hard. Even working legs causes major low back pumps - very painful.

Tomorrow try the stairmaster on high. Dbol jus' being dbol.

I have to use straps to train back on Dbol my forarms get so pumped i cant grip the bar

Walking for even 5 minutes kills my calfs too. I love the pumps from dbol!

yes dbol is the direct path to becoming superman.... i love it, what ever i train becomes very full, and i can feel a nice full contraction

yea that is great, first cycle i ran 25mg/day, for 3.5 weeks,
i just finished a cycle with 35mg/day for 5wks and i think it was a bit much as the last week was very hard on my gut, just felt like craps.
so i think next im going with 30 for 5wks, each to thier own but i dont buy shit like guys taking 60-100mg/day that just seems like too much

I've done some reading a while ago about how to really use an oral like dbol properly. Guys usually use dbol because they are impatient and want their cycle effects to kick in NOW and take 40-50mgs of dbol per day. Resulting in a more temporary pump bloat affect and they usually lose a good amount of their gains from dbol because of running it at that dose for 4 weeks. Supposedly the "Better" way to do it is running dbol at a dose of 20-25mgs for 8 weeks. That way you get MUCH less aromatization sides and you make much more quality "mature" and more solid gains from running it at this dose for this duration of time. I tried it, and it worked really good at 20-25mgs for 8 weeks apposed to 2 previous 40-50mgs dbol runs for 4 weeks.

DBol almost made me grow tits. Dropped it and did Tbol, which wasn't as strong but barely gave me any real sides. A friend of mine ran something like 40 mg Tbol and 10 mg of Dbol pre workout and loved it. Not sure if I would ever do this since it sounds dumb, but he said that the pumps and gains ( he was on test too) where good.

No need for 40mg your first time....run 10mgday twice per day or simply 20mg/day two hours pre-workout (like i do it)...if you do not gain 8-10lbs off 20mg/day within the first 2-3 weeks, either your diet and training are off or your d-bol is underdosed.
yep all good advice here 30mg is a perfect dose and yeah D-bol pumps me up like nothing else

ya when i used to take dbol my g/f would try to drag me on 1hr walks, 5 mins in id turn back cuz my shins and calves would burn, id say im tired not today and she would call me a pussy!lol
