so guys i bench 200lbs and deadlift 395 just wanted to know on a dbol kickstarting cycle with test e how much u think i could increase that if my diet is set and my workouts are good

depends on your body, safe bet is 40lbs on the bench.

well diet is going to be crucial, high protein, good clean carbs and healthy fats. but also depends on how you train, a person with those stats and access to that kind of gear will make much better gains on those 2 lifts training with a powerlifting coach and under a powerlifting routine/agenda then your average gym guy who hits each muscle group once a week.
i've seen guys stuck at plateaus put on 40lbs in a month on their bench when they actually learn how to bench, and do heavy negatives, speed work and pause benching and follow a brench program to increase 1 rep max and on gear, that would be atleast another 10 percent higher on average.
so it depends on how you train and how big you eat.

If youre only pressing 200, but able to deadlift 395, I would expect your bench press to rocket, providing you have no bad joints, youre somewhat young, and have diet and training in check.
By End of cycle I would think you should be able to move 315

10-20% genetics diet and training intensity depending.
Many guys over train once the gear kicks in and all they worry about is the size of the lifts consistent gains is what your looking for.
The rollercoster affect of gear sucks try and avoid the ups and downs remember your tendons and joints don't improve as fast so do your best to avoid injury and good luck.
Regarding your T use keep it consistent as well 200-300mg every 3.5 days or 400-600mg week dose depending Think long term and i feel 10-20% in 6-10weeks should be a very achievable goal

yep I wouldn't say that lol, before i started working out I was 150 lbs and before touching an drugs i worked my way to 200 lbs easy ,,, so again drugs aren't always the answer.

40mg of d-bol per day for a newbie?? My first cycle (cycle..lol) was 20mg of russian d-bol for 4 weeks and i gained 18lbs... In fact i still only run 20-30mg/day (with test now) and get good gains.
Bump to everyone else....so many thing need to be assessed and considered before starting a cycle...the number one thing being age. How old are you bro??

im 23 bro and currently on my second day of dbol at 40mg with test 250 x 2 shots a week
