Hey Everyone,

This is my first post, I have been a member for a while just reading the forums and thought I would finally post and say what's up to everyone?

I live in Barrie, Ontario and was wondering if there is any serious bodybuilders (maybe someone who is/has competed) that I could talk to, get some advice and possibly train with.

I am at CFB Borden, and had my sights set on the NSABBA competition next week but am going to hold out u and do the IDFA Novice Classic on May 15th and am looking for a pre coach for 4 weeks to get me ready. So in the same boat as yourself, where do you train?
