What happened to this family? Must have died at the same time or they just have really bad luck.

The Own Hart death was something that was totally preventable.
Really sad occasion especially because he has such a good family.

Lots of these deaths are do to AAS, but one needs to remember that substance abuse is very common in the WWF (WWE is for n00bz).

Dino Bravo's death from wikipedia.

Just over a year later, Bresciano was shot dead in his Saint-Léonard, Quebec mansion. Rumors circled that Bresciano, having retired from wrestling, was supporting himself as part of a cigarette smuggling ring run by elements of organized crime in the city. His murder is unsolved.

most of these guys did take aas...but they also lived bad lifestyles....food choices...sleep....recovery...and plus other drugs like painkillers...narcotics...etc...contributed to there death more than anything imo

Definately starts with the pain killers and then they get hooked on rec drugs and then it's disaster time. Guys like Bam Bam who cocained himself to death and many others were victims of rec drugs. Growing up in Calgary I grew with and watched Bret, Owen, Davey Boy and Chris Benoit down at the Pavillion on the weekend and it was a party. It's definately a high maintenance lifestyle, not just physically but emotional & mental.

Well when you work as much as they do, with all the travel, little sleep, etc it is no surprise that amphetimines and other "uppers" are used. Prescription drug abuse is common because of all the pain they have from injuries.

Steroids, though a part of the cause, are not the sole reason for these tragic deaths.

lets not forget the stunts these guys do put their body through car wrecks every week.....it's like being a football player at times, just worse...your internal organs can only take so many bumps and bangs and mis falls and accidents before something has to give.
I don't beleive that AAS steroids were the cause, but what they were taking it was...D-bol taken with Vodka and mixing their test and heroin in the same pin! (not saying any of them took heroin, but you get the idea)
we should find a list of wrestlers who made it past 65

wow sad......the amount of abuse both mental and physical is really crazy. i mean what percent is that of all the wrestlers? imagine working in another industry, say plumber, and finding out that 10% of guys in your field die! And still there's tons of guys willing to jump into the ring.....

I trained next to Dino back when I was 18. Fugger was thick as hell and strong to boot. Very quiet guy. Often I would see him walking with his wife and dog. He bothered no one and no one bother him.

Elizabeth was her name. She died of a drug overdose at Lex Lugar's place. Randy, I'm not sure what happened to him.

He's retired. Last time I saw him was in the spider man movie (that was him wasn't it?).

Or perhaps? http://www.ridiculopathy.com/news_detail.php?id=1364
