Has anyone experienced lower back ache while on a cycle? Mostly when I am walking or standing, could it be from the 7lbs I have gained in a few weeks?

absolutely, dbol gives me serious lower back pumps.
If it's related to water retention, getting the salt and carbs out of your diet and/or aromasin or adex may help.

or alternately if you are front loading with dbol/tbol/adrol you may want to back off the dosage.

Test-e 500/wk
Dbol - 30mg ed

Minimal sodium, only if it is already in the food. About 3 liters of water a day, try to increase and I will pick up some bananas.

Like they said above, it's the Dbol, it is why Dbol and I have a love hate relationship....

I had mean backpumps on epistane. Here are three tips:

1. Fill a bath with warm water and Epsom salts but only fill it so u can lay on your back with your feel up the wall and you can still breathe this will allow a good stretch and the salt helps do something but I forget what it was.

2. Do leg presses with light weight and go down as far as possible so it stretches your lowerback out when you go down all the way and do it slow and even hold it when your down as far as possible.

3. Buy an electric heating pad and use it whenever you are laying on the couch or if you sit at a desk job like me bring it to work and use it there lol.

Do you only experience back ache when on cycle? Why would dbol or any androgen specifically focus on causing back pain?

People think Im weak when they see me with only 4 plates on the leg press they probably dont realize im just stretching. But my massage therapist recommended it.

I bit but not like this. I get it from sitting now, so I figured it was either getting worst or it was from the cycle so that's why I put it out there.

Could be tight QL's, quads, or Iliopsoas which all wll refer pan as low back discomfort and will be aggrivated by leg day and back day in he gym.
