helping a friend move. Fun, and I trained legs today. Plus I`m low carb, oh well... Don`t know how bad it is for you to have a few drinks. If it`s something you do like once a month or so and keep the total under 4, I think you`ll live, but this is just what I feel, no scientific proof here.

I'll hit the gym in the morning, then do some running around that needs to get done. Then its off to a BBQ at a friends house before taking in the fireworks in Victoria's Inner Harbor.
