My g/f was having the same symptoms, tired ALL the time, complaining about everything. she got blood work done and nothing, doc told her she was depressed and wanted to prescribe meds, I told her no meds and I will fix her, I took her to the vitamin store in K-town and spent 200 bucks on stuff, good multi's, b-12, greens..etc... and after about 3 weeks of me doctoring her with all the vitamins and making sure she was drinking enough water and eating properly and regularly she snapped out of it and felt great, but when I quit babysitting her she went back to her same old ways. You cant fix women, they are only happy when they are miserable.

My wife went through the same symptoms for about 6 months. She was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue from an endocrinologist. Bascially the stress of work, life, training, sex with husband 10 x a day (I wish), all take a toll on how the adrenals fire. Once they are over worked and then we stimulate them with coffee, chocolate, caffeine pill, ephedra, etc... then they eventually just shut down. There is no simple cure other than getting rid of stress and eating a lot of fresh organic greens, and eating fruit, while cutting out all the stimulants. My wife stuck pretty hard to her diet and to de-stressing her self and she is feeling a lot better. Good enough to back country camp and hike in the Canadian Arctic for the next 2 weeks.

but i get sick about once every 3-4 years. so if i bitch and complain its because im so overdue.

when a girl gets sick every 2 months, it makes me want to tear my hair out. its a good thing i shave my head.

Have blood work done, check for TSH, T3 and T4 levels....youll have to specify these or they will just look at TSH. Check testosterone levels and iron levels.

Sounds like it could be a shit load of things but sounds like what happened to my ex.

She started always tired. Then the mood swings and violent behviour. Followed by hot flashes then cold. It was literally a nightmare since a few doctors couldn't figure it out. Until one day she woke up with pain in the throat area just like that- it went from no pain to horrific barely can walk pain. They did an US and found 2 tumors on her thyroid.

She had a complete thyroid removal and the surgeons took her sanity with it. Thyroid is bad news so get her checked ASAP. It usually starts with lethargy.
Both my mother and my ex got their thyroid removed (complete removal) and tehy were never normal again even with thyroid medication.
