Is there any significant benefit from buying an amino acid suppliment if my protein shake contains: (I take two serviings)

I think I may be missing some of the essential amino acids.?? Any info or links would be great! Thanks guys.

I take BCAA capsules post workout along with my protein shake. Might be nothing more than mental, but I'd like to think the recovery time is faster and there is more amino acids going around for muscle repair.

That's what I was doing as well before. Like you said I did feel like I was recovering better at the time, but i wasn't sure if I was sleeping better or if it was the bcaa.

I think I'm going to go buy another bottle. I wasn't sure if I was just wasting my money or not.
