Ok folks, what is your favorite whey protein, brand and flavor, how many grams per serving, how many carbs ???????

Right now I'm on Strive whey isolate, Vanilla caramel ripple. 50 grams of protein per scoop and 3 gr of carbs per serving, tastes really good, mixes awesome and lactose free!!!!

im a fan of the Iso-flex chocolate mint... I mixed it with hot water all through the winter to make up for my early morning coffee craving.. pretty sure its 29 g pro/ 1 carb 110 cal.

(the strawberry isoflex mixed with oatmeal is another diet saver for me)

right now I'm using Kaizen, because they Sponsor Ms M and we get the stuff for free!

Yes and their Pina Colada was awesome as well, but has been discontinued, too bad, I relly like the Strive, it mixes really easy and flavor is dynamite!!

Strive is a good company in my opinion. their protein is great, and I find their multi-vit is good as well. Dont really care for their fat burner, but i dont care for any fat burner really. their weight gainer is also pretty solid as far as weight gainers go.

Well it's gone up my friend, $35 USD for 10lbs, just ordered some a couple of days ago. But then again it's gone up everywhere, I put in an order to Prosource the week before $48 USD for 13lbs, now that is getting expensive. They have cheap 100% isolate $89 USD for 4x2.2lbs, but trueprotein works out cheaper and quality is second to none (so they say). I ordered the TeamSkip mix which is 33% WPI, 33% Casein, and 33% egg protein, not really something you can get anywhere else. Actually when you work out the shipping and exchange you don't really save any money. I think 10lbs was $150 USD and change so in actual fact it's probably more expensive.
