I've tried it. I didn't noticed the slightest energy boost from it, even though some claim you do. I don't know about all the other claims, I haven't researched it all that much. But it is a very potent antioxidant apparently, as such may have some health benefits, it may be worth taking in supplement form. I don't personally simply because I already take a large array of antioxidants and don't think I need any more. But it may be beneficial if your lacking in that department.
