Not sure if it is much different than the Ephedrine, I have tried it and it seems the same.

Legal, it's considered a natural health product by Health Canada.

I think it is. It is the herbal form of ephedrine HCL. Some say it lasts longer and has a better kick. It is found in a ton of ECA stack fat burners.
