Ok well i figure id give yall some background on me, i played college football in california, i was a 2 year starter, blew up my shoulder then my knee then my hammstring, and finally i was diagnosed with "too much adrenaline " (beats me) forced me to sit out from physical activity for a few months, during that time i was contacted by several teams, i ended up play pro ball in europe. Tore legiments in my ankle but played on it like my shoulder and knee, no big deal. Now after all the inj's, my bench went from 5hundo, dont to 4, my front squat went from 585 to 4 hundo, my DL went from 715 to 6hundo... so im here attempting to get it all back. Most of those numbers were with a mere 1ad when i was in the states. I havent done anything real, other than some Cyp for 6 weeks at 500mg actualy shot my Front squat up from 500-600 quick. I am 23 now, and looking to further my career. I use to be a 310 lb run stopper ive become a 280 lb pass rusher, however my movement is better at this weight. i wouldnt mind being a 295 lb pass rusher. That is ideally what i want to do. I hope this is some good info for yall!

Your a big boy bro but i don't envy you in your later years with all these injuries at such an early age. If you have only done one cycle than it is very concievable that on a properly planned out cycle you can beat your previous lifts.

WIth a history of injuries you may want to focus some training time balancing all your muscle groups and make that big body damn near bomb proof!

Where are you looking to play?

i have been, those inj's were spread among, 5 years. I have been continuing my Powerstuff, but doing alot of Athletic movements, nightly physio, and stretching.
