I see you have ajax/tampa listed as your location... if you are ever looking for a good gym I own 3 Anytime Fitness clubs in Durham and there are over 100 clubs in Florida... they are all 24/7/365 and you can use any of them... we are running a 2 for 1 promo till the end of June so 2 people can join for $40 ($20 per person)...

i have an anytime fitness right down the street from me here in tampa... But it doesnt really have what i need to train.. DB's dont go high enough!! ;).. But i havent checked out the ones in Durham area yet!.. Maybe i will!! ;)

Doing great, I am training for the 2010 Nationals (top 3 last year) and possibly 2010 North Americans if necessary. I just finished workign with two clients who made top three at the Ontarios and qualified for the Nationals.
Hope your training goes well and good luck at the Nationals.
