how often to pin test E?

Hey guys
I'm wondering how often the vets out there pin their Test E. I've been pinning every 4 days, but I have read that a bigger dose once weekly is good enough, sometimes even every 10 days.
I hate pinning so I'd rather just do a big shot once a week, but not if its gonna **** me up.
Any opinions are appreciated.

if i'm doing 500mg's i'd say 2 times a week.. if 750 then i'd do 3 times a week..

i only do 300mg so once a week for me. i get good gains off low dose.

I'm no vet but i shoot every 3.5 days(1-1.5ml depending on gear)... as far as i know test-e has a 7 day half life? feel free to correct me if i'm wrong, but i wouldn't wait any longer than that, and even so i wouldn't reccomend it, cause it would be quite the rollercoaster(sides/stength etc.)... But Sunday (pm) and Thursday (am) seem to work for me!:yeah EOD is definitely ideal to keep equillibrium and reduce sides but not necessary with a long ester, especially if u don't like pinning...

E3D for me. I get more sides, acne, from low dose once a week than high dose E3D.

Depends on the dose really and if you have a multi use vial or amps...I use to do 2x a week (to keep blood levels stable) when using amps and wanting 500mg/week.....I then went to once a week to cut down on the amount of jabs I was doing and experienced no difference in gains or side effects. Enanthate stays in the body for a LONG time. When used clinically it is often used in 2-4 week intervals. Once a week is fine IMO.

For test E EOD is ideal. Blood levels will remain much more constant.
