Any thoughts on a good Protein/Carb/Fat percentage that I should aim for on a daily basis. I'm not trying to gain weight at this time. I'm trying to lose a little belly fat and lean out while trying to hit 205 lbs from my current 213 lbs.

I believe in hi protein, moderate to hi fats, and lower carbs to tighten up...works well IMO....some thing like 40 percent protein, 30 percent carb, and 30 percent or so fats.....
shoot for around 2900-3200 calories /day...

Great....thanks ironwill. Proper nutrition is my biggest hurdle in starting to acheive my goals. My work has me travelling A LOT and keeping with a proper nutrition plan while on the road is a difficult thing to do. I eat the way I should for the most part while I'm home but when I'm on the road and eating in hotels and at restaurants for a week at a time my diet plan goes to hell.
