Now that his supps have been out for a while and the hype has settled, do you guys have any opinions on his miracle stack? I still call bullshit on the being able to train legs the next day and pull off the same weights. Steroids don`t even do that, so basically he`s saying his supps are better than steroids and think he`s full of shit. Open to your comments.

Why don't you purchase the product and give it a go first before you cut it up? The MMA guys seem to like it. I would have to believe the hype. I tried Met RX when if first came out and it was an awesome product - now not so much.

At that price, I will make sure it`s a 90% plus thing before dumping that kind of cash on something I suspect is foul. For MMA guys finding it works, here`s what I ask: Were they taking something like dextrose and whey before using progenix? If not sure taking progenix will make a big difference as they were never applying any type of post workout revovery techniques. But really doubt this does a fraction of what it`s said to do. At one point hydrosolate proteins were supposed to be the next big thing, turned out to be nothing special. I`d bet you this falls in the same category.

Besides Scott Connely is living in "la la land" as he says and is totally serious by stating that ingesting over 25 grams of protein is a waste. Don`t think I`m gonna buy any products from a dude who makes such claims.

MMA guys can't use dextrose shakes after a workout. They are watching their cals to make weight. For them it is a good product.

Well I can`t argue that as I don`t know much about the regimen`s of mma guys, so for them it may be an o.k. product for the reason you stated. But still no anecdotal evidence showing progenix will help one pack on more mass than using say one of the more popular protein carb methods people use now. Which is why I started this thread hoping some guy comes along and says something like " Was using maxy maize and isolate protein before and this made a big difference..." That to me is the kind of proof I`m looking for, and have searched many forums for such info, just dosen`t seem to be out there. And if it came from guys here, it would count even more, as MOST people who post here don`t have any vested interests...

If you are not natural the effects (if there are any) are likely neglible as aas, gh, insulin are going to go far beyond any minor effects his products may have.
