Hey everyone, I am getting married with-in time.

I was trying to find out how much beer cases I would need for the jack & jill, I am looking at 100 - 120 people, But most likly get 80????

the beer/liquor store is pretty good at helping you estimate...i thought i needed alot more than what i was told for my 'open bar' reception.....i bought more and took alot back!

The Beer store uses this formula;
# of guests x .5 x (# of hours-1)/24 = # of cases needed (24/12 oz)

I would get kegs from The Beer Store.... you'll make more money.
