I've heard from plenty of people that adding whey to cooked oatmeal is fine because the heat doesnt ruin the whey.

but what about BCAA Powder?

adding a scoop of BCAA Powder to my oats after being cooked in the microwave, would the heat ruin the BCAA's?

Just toss the bcaa in you mouth and wash it down with some water.

That's what I do. I found the taste so terrible that adding BCAA to my shakes would ruin them.

Do you take the bcaa with the shake or in between meals and why?

Just took bcaa's for the first time in a while, forgot how AWFUL they tasted. Even in a shake.

I was taking them post-workout. I also started taking dextrose at the same time. I think the differences I noticed were more from the dextrose and not from the BCAA's. When the bottle ran out I simply increased my whey protein intake post-workout and I couldn't tell the difference. This is just my personal experience with it.

I use Amino Vital 7,500 ER. I take one scoop in my water bottle while im working out. I also mix 1 scoop in a large water bottle and sip on it all day long. I love the stuff!

Amino Vital is pretty good to just throw back with a sip of water..however, they are bloody expensive.

****in`right it is. The powder is not that bad taste wise, if you were to mega dose it the way you should for it to work, I`d hate to figure out what the cost would be. Just megadosing it from bulk powder I found expensive...

HAHAHA, I've been craving junk food more lately cause i ran out. I've just started increasing my protein shakes and now I don't feel like junk food as much.

This should definetly be a good dieting tip haha! :a+
