Hey guys please dont bash me as i am still a rookie with aas. But maybe its all in my head but cutting for the summer i have went from 247 at my heaviest to now 213. I have not lost much strength and i look super vascular just want to put on some lean solid mass, here was what i was thinking for a quick summer gainer.

W 1-12 Test prop 150mg EOD
W 1-10 NPP 200mg 2X week
W 5-10 Winny inject 50mg day
w 1-12 HCG 500 2X week

any other compounds you guys could recommend as well as a sold PCT for this cycle?

a couple changes....1st inj. winny frickin hurts.......and since you are new 2 compounds are plenty for now......get some nolva incase gyno starts it will block it........

W 1-12 Test prop 150mg EOD
W 1-10 NPP 100mg EOD
w 3-12 HCG 300iu E3D

PCT > Clomid

The concept of a "lean bulk" seems rather paradoxical to me. If you're bulking, that means you're eating. One of the primary purposes of AAS is to maximize the effect of said eating. If you don't have an increase in body fat levels during a bulk, you're not eating enough. Everyone would love to have a "lean bulk" but in my experience, it doesn't work that way. You're either bulking, maintaining, or cutting. Personally, I think it's a wasted cycle if you're not either bulking (eating) or pre-contest cutting.

when i bulk i still do cardio...just makes me feel better about eating so much food....!!!

These lean bulk threads crack me up. Is it an excuse to partially diet (lean) but cheat (bulk) at the same time? Just gear up and lean out, you'll look bigger with your shirt off that way!

Not really looking to get a six pack durring this bulk, just was looking to put on some solid muscle gains with the least amount of water retention because its beach season. Any info on S.A prop and S.A NPP?? i hear some prop burns like a mofo, just anything i should have a heads up on would be much appreciated.

I've been on a tight Keto diet, lifting hard 2 times a week(full body), and occasional cardio. Muscle mass gained is very good for 5 weeks, and lots of fat loss, abs beginning to show.

Obviously not as ideal as cutting or bulking separately, but it is possible to do both at once, but you have to NAIL the diet.

Using Primo, Eq, Var, and tiny amount of test to feel good. No water retention, no slammed estrogren from anti-E's. Very nice cycle with solid results.

This advice assumes that you're at least 25-28 years old.

Also, if you're new to AAS, you could still get good results just using Anavar alone, and would guarantee you won't spend the summer trying to battle water retention, gyno, or low estrogren, etc.

lean bulker? hard and vascular and ripped to shit?! here you go.....

god in 4-6 weeks cycle

1-6 test suspension 100mg/day
1-6 tren ace 50mg/day (adjust depending on tolerance to sides)
3-6 halo 20-30mg/day OR anavar 60-80mg/day

be prepared for the super sex drive and anger issues.......this cycle is for experienced users.....i wouldnt touch this myself... :)
