I had a 48 ounce wide mouth Nalgene bottle but since the plastic they is apparently unsafe where can I get a similar bottle that is safe? I also need the same format or bigger since I need to get all my water intake from one single bottle when I'm at work. Bigger is better.

i just use a nalgene bottle, not enough toxins will ever leach ino your water to do anything..
now all that cheap packaging food comes in, that i would be faar more suspect of,
i can't stand the feeling of metal bottles either

I wouldn`t worry about it. I always drink out of a 1L bottle that I may use for 3-4 days before getting a new one.

my nalgene is a #10 anyways, the only ones to worry about have a #7 stamped on the bottom
that bpa shit hasnt ever shown any actual effects in humans or rats, its said to be bad but you show me a case report of it doing anything to anyone

well if you dont mind being a lab rat... go for it
me, id rather err on the side of caution.. if theres a chance somethings toxic, im gonna avoid it. i use glass or stainless steel.

that plastic is apparantly one of the most toxic on the market.

I bought a Nalgene bottle a few months ago that even came with a "BPA free" sticker on it, im pretty sure all of their newer stuff is BPA free due to all the contraversy.
