pull ups......i assume you are working out at home...get one of those door way chinup bars....and a belt you can add weight to when you need it.

I didn't really understand the part where you explain what equipment you have. For back I think an Oly. bar with a lot of weight would be the best bang for your buck.

i agree...but says he only has 110lb and a bar and some adjustable dumbbells...... deads/rows/pullups are king for back development.

Gotta agree with the boss here. Get yourself a chin bar so you can do pull ups and chins, some even have the neutral hand grip. For vertical pulling you have a bar meaning you can do pronated and supinated rows, maybe corner T-rows and one arm rows with the dumbells. You mentioned being able to do deadlifts but 110 lbs surely won`t be enough weight for very long, plus they will destoy your floor!

Forgot to add you can do pullovers as well.

deadlifts and chins is all you need for a big back.....but you'll need more than 110#'s....search on craigslist for some more weight its usually cheap as shit on there.....search nanaimo and you should find something.....

110 #'s is already to lite the last few times I did dead's I strapped an extra 30 pound dumb bell on with a couple of straps and put on my steel toes, just in case. I plan on buying a cheap bench from Canadian tire, it comes with 80# of weight and has a preacher curl attachment.

The guys who started me on weight lifting called the bent curl bars funny bars so I call them that, what are they actually called?

As for the chin up bar I'm pretty heavy do you think the bar would damage the door frame? My house is pretty old.

Cambered bar or sometimes EZ-curl bar.
