how much water to drink?

Hi guys,

how much water do you guys drink a day? How much do you drink during a workout? I often think I don't drink enough, what are your thoughts?

I dont drink anytihng but water... so I dont know how much I get in. But I have a 1.5L bottle I drink during my workout and 1L after my workout for my shake. Im going to say I drink aobut 7-8L throughout the day, but I do masonry work so Im sweating my balls off all day...

I have a 1L bottle that i sip on all day, i would say i go through around 6-8L/day plus about .75-1L/hour in the weight room. I really enjoy getting a good liter or so in the morning w/ breakfast (i'm a mouth breather too so i tend to dehydrate a little more than usual over night).

Go for 500ml at least, with and between every meal. You should be getting a good 6 litres a day.

Thanks guys, that's what I kind of thought. More is always better. I usually go a gallon on my off days and say 6 litres on my workout days. I'll try and get down a little more instead of tea or fruit juices.
