Hey guys, joined this forum in hopes of getting some training supplementation help. I am a track sprinter (cycling) i am currently training for Jr Worlds in Moscow this August where i will be representing Kanata!

I figured maybe i could ask here in the intro instead of jumping into any other thread as it appears that there is no 'strength sports' section. Where would it be okay to post something regarding supplements/recovery etc, i am hoping to learn something from you guys, no roids though ;)

Basically im looking for any extra tips and tricks for recovery/training, i am fairly knowledgeable but as i said i would love to learn and i figure bodybuilders may have an extra trick or two up their sleve! Anything to give me that edge


EDIT: wheew brain must be full from all this studying for exams(LOL), i figure i could post something like this in the 'supplements' section! loool

Welcome, there are a couple of cyclists on board here and mostly lurk so you may get so me PM's. They have good advice on peptides if you are so inclined as well as info you seek. Good luck in Moscow buddy!!
